Another Filipino Star in the Making

Rumors are that Ellen Dengeneres, who had Charice Pempengco on her show, has now discovered another Filipino star in the making. Six year old Amy Nobleza (Ana Mae Libot) from Little Star Dreamer was found on YouTube singing Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got to Do With It” and may appear on Ellen’s show. I will let you know more when I learn more. Until then here is a video of Amy singing a Whitney song

I’m very excited to comment because I have a great voice too honestly hehehehe. I’m very happy with the news. Actually I really expected her to follow the footsteps of Charice in Ellen Degeneres. I’m a number one fan of Charice and in PDA Amy is unbelievable. Her talent is incomparable to the rest of the world. In British Got talent there was a six year old girl with more than 30 million views. Yes she was not flat or sharp but her voice is just very ordinary here. Keep up.

I think Filipinos are very fond of singing. There is probably a karaoke machine in every household in the Philippines. When you are young and exposed to singing, you’ll surely develop a sense of liking to music too!
